How it works

Where the money actually goes.

Not a sign-up checklist — the real path one transaction takes, and which part of it is ours to run.

Flight and bus booking are live on the KreedX Travel Booking APIs. One integration lets your app, portal or agent counter search live inventory, book, cancel and refund across airlines and bus operators — with confirmation and a ticket back on the same call.

  1. Step 01

    Search live inventory

Your application calls the search API with route and date. Flights or bus services come back from the operators in real time, with fares and seat or class options.

  2. Step 02

    Hold and confirm

The chosen option is held while the passenger details are collected, so the fare does not move under the customer mid-booking.

  3. Step 03

    Book and issue

On confirmation the booking is made and the ticket comes back on the same call — PNR for flights, operator reference and seat for buses.

  4. Step 04

    Cancel and refund

Cancellations go through the same integration; the refund follows the airline's or operator's own rules and is reported back with a reference you can reconcile against.

Before you plan your timeline

What is live on day one, and what needs paperwork.

Most product pages only show the fast half. Here is both, so your launch date is built on the real one.

Live on day oneSame day

  • Sandbox credentials and full API documentation, up front
  • Search, book, cancel and refund callable from the first day
  • A named integration contact, not a ticket queue
  • Test routes you can run end to end before any commercials

Needs paperwork firstAllow time

  • Production keys — issued once commercials and documentation are in place
  • Compliance checks, which run in parallel with your build
  • A go-live review of how your side handles failed and timed-out bookings

Questions

Asked before every integration.

What is live today — flights, buses or both?+

Both. Flight booking and bus booking are live on the Travel Booking APIs: search, book, cancel and refund, through the same integration and the same credentials.

Do I need separate agreements with each airline and bus operator?+

No. That is the point of the integration — KreedX holds the operator connections, so you build once against our API instead of signing up with each airline and bus operator separately.

Can my agents book at a counter, or is it only in-app?+

Both. The same API serves your own app or portal and assisted agent counters, so a walk-in customer and an app user are booked through one system.

How are cancellations and refunds handled?+

Cancellation goes through the API and the refund follows the airline's or bus operator's own fare rules — we do not set those. Every cancellation returns a reference so your finance team can reconcile it against the original booking.
